Yoga & Meditation with Janne Sahady begins
January 31, Tuesdays 8:30 - 9:45am
This series is a 75 minute yoga class that includes time to center, pranayama and asanas (poses), ending with a seated 15 minute meditation and a final savasana. The emphasis is on breath and inner awareness, both in movement and in stillness. Some experience with yoga suggested.
