Jen Meyer

Jen Meyer is an American College of Sports Medicine and Flexibility for Athletes® Certified Personal Trainer who works with clients to establish their fitness goals and develop a program that will continue to challenge and motivate them. Based on her belief in a holistic approach to training, Jen creates customized workouts designed to bring enhanced energy to body, mind and spirit.

“My goal is to inspire people to stay committed to health and wellness. I want each person to finish a workout feeling energized yet relaxed. And, I believe that comes from creating programs that aim to bring body, mind and spirit back in balance.”

Jen’s programs incorporate a blend of strength training, yoga postures, stretching and breathing/relaxation techniques – all designed to inspire clients to tap into the limitless energy within themselves and achieve their goals.

Jen is currently pursuing 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Innerlight as well as a Physical Therapy Assistant degree at CCRI.
