Be refreshed and restored in this powerful hour of focused work with the breath, gentle movement and guided deep relaxation. The class is designed for work on the back, but can be adapted in a chair. Clothing should allow for easy movement and freedom of breath.
The guided relaxation part of this class comes from the tradition of yoga nidra, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is deeply restorative for the body, mind and emotions. The practice requires only that the practitioner can lie down or sit up and follow instructions for directing attention. Practitioners of yoga nidra commonly report these benefits: improved sleep, more relaxed and focused attention, increased clarity of thought, ability to meet changing circumstances of day to day life with greater ease and confidence, reduced anxiety.

series of six classes for $60.00. No Drop ins please.
Before humans evolved on the earth, herbs were poised to serve us both physically and energetically.
Each week we will meditate with different herbs after a brief introduction of their healing properties and how they interact with different parts of our body and spirit. A sip of tea from the meditation herb will end each class. Beginners welcome. Previous meditation and herbal experience not necessary.
