We will offer a deep and beautiful experience that will literally immerse the student in the foundations and intricacies of Anusara Yoga. It will altprovide a complete overview of the Anusara method and yoga style. Typically an immersion is a 100 hour course. The first module will lay the groundwork for the rest of the modules. Attendance will be a requirement for anyone wishing to attend modules 2 & 3. An immersion is the doorway and a prerequisite to any Anusara teacher training, and is a rich and deep method of learning.

 Immersion Part 1 includes:
* The Universal Principles of Alignment- establishing and refining understanding of muscular and organic energies, the loops and spirals, and focal points in the entire Level 1 Syllabus of asana.
* Anusara Yoga Philosophy- its vision, lineage, history, and practice
* The Essential Gems of Meditation and Pranayama from the tantric perspective

To participate in this immersion, students should have at least 30 hours of previous Anusara Yoga experience, whether through classes or workshops. Our great wish is to offer this immersion as a way for you to dive more deeply and profoundly into Anusara Yoga and its healing, transformative, expansive path. Learning in lecture, practice, and discussion within the sanctity of a loving community of dedicated students is a cherished and precious way to come into deeper connection to your practice and path of the heart.

Immersion Part 2 & 3 will be held in 2011, stay tuned for details.
