The gong is one of the world’s oldest and most healing instruments. During a gong bath meditation, the gong vibrates at the same frequency as the body, allowing students to experience deep healing on all levels of being as vibrations pass over and through the body.
The sounds and vibrations of the gong create deep relaxation and a state of meditation, enabling us to access our deeper subconscious and super subconscious, which are key states for healing. The gong is ideal for stress management, breaking up emotional and energetic blockages, and restoring balance in the body.
Jess Elliott has been working as a holistic counselor for the past 10 years and received her 200-hour YTT certification at Innerlight Yoga in 2011. She is currently working towards certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy.
