Unplug and restore as we spend the afternoon doing sitting and walking meditation to cultivate present-moment awareness. We will explore what nourishes us and what doesn’t and you will leave with some simple mindful awareness practices that you can incorporate into your daily life.
Cost: There is a $30 fee for the use of the studio for the entire series.
Dana: Priscilla will be accepting dana as payment. The practice of dana is an ancient Eastern tradition and can be described as a donation done in the spirit of generosity. The understanding is that the teacher directly supports your practice and you, in turn, have the opportunity to support the teacher. You can place your dana in the container
that will be placed at the door.

This type of practice focuses on cultivating traits of goodwill, kindness, and friendliness that is innate in each of us. When your mind leans toward kindness, rather than ill-will, you live with greater well-being, peace of heart-mind, and in a way that benefits yourself and others.
