Jen Meyer is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, an ACSM and Flexibility for Athletes Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor (200 RYT) who works with clients to establish their fitness goals and develop a program that will continue to challenge and motivate them. Based on her belief in a holistic approach to training, Jen creates customized workouts designed to bring enhanced energy to body, mind and spirit.
