Sue Dunbar

Sue has been practicing yoga since 1997. A desire to deepen her practice led her to complete her 200-hour certification in 2009 at the Grace School of Yoga, followed by her 500-hour certification in 2017.

She has a deep appreciation for all styles of yoga and its power to both heal and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit.

Sue’s classes weave breathwork, mantra, and mindful movement to allow students to develop and deepen an awareness of the body, promote the flow of energy, and connect to a place of centered inner stillness.
