Diane began her journey into yoga at Innerlight over 15 years ago knowing little about it hoping to ease stress and anxiety. This journey led to the discovery of the power of linking physical movementand breath, and an increased awareness of body, breath, and mind. The journey has continued into mediation and the realization we can change our perspective, if nothing else. Yoga has become about balance both on and off the mat, finding the still point, or at least a sense of humor, in a difficult pose or difficult life situation.
Diane’s classes reflect this philosophy. Her classes offer modifications and the encouragement to students to bring their own individual expressions to the mat. Diane is a 2011 graduate of Innerlight’s teacher training, and is registered RYT 200 with the Yoga alliance.
