Diane DeRuggiero

Diane DeRuggiero

Diane encourages students to explore their unique expression on the mat. She integrates her knowledge of yoga anatomy, Ayurveda, and meditation into her classes, leading students on a journey of self-inquiry. She guides students to find balance on and off the mat, or at least a sense of humor in a challenging pose, or difficult situation.
She is an anatomy geek and a self-professed control freak who found yoga as an outlet for managing self-induced stress. She continues to obsess over anatomy books, full moons, and the mysteries of being human.
Diane has been practicing various styles of yoga for over twenty years and is a Core Strength Vinyasa master trainer, Spinal reset certified, and an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Diane is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 RYT 500 yoga teacher, and YACEP. She completed her 200-hour training at Innerlight Center for Yoga and Meditation in Middletown, RI, and completed her 300-hour training in
Core Strength Vinyasa with the founder, Sadie Nardini. She completed her Ayurvedic Practitioner and Spiritual Counseling training with New World Ayurveda.
