Amanda completed her RYT-200 under the guidance of Patti Doyle and Lori Pagliaroni at Thames Street Yoga. Growing up as a gymnast, she was immediately drawn to yoga after discovering the practice in 2010.
Initially Amanda was drawn to the physical aspect of the practice, however over the years she has found the spiritual benefits yoga has provided her on and off the mat. Her intention is to give her students a safe and warm environment to express themselves through their mind, body and spirit. She offers a Vinyasa Flow with creative sequencing and proper alignment, welcoming all levels to her class. Amanda wants to share her love and passion for yoga, leaving her students feeling more balanced physically and spiritually.
