Because we know how good yoga is for the body and especially the bones, we're offering this workshop to help you learn how to build your bones for a lifetime.  

Dr. Loren Fishman's on going work on the benefits of yoga for osteoporosis shows a reversal of osteoporosis, osteopenia and increased bone maintenance. 
All levels are welcome. Come and give some love to your bones. 
A chair and props are provided to assist you with the special weight bearing poses that help re-build bone density.  
Comfortable clothes are all you need.

We’ve long known that yoga is a great discipline to support living and aging well. Now we have scientific proof and guidelines to make it even safer and more effective.
