Drawing from a range of yoga practices including restorative yoga practices and Dr. Loren Fishman’s Workshop, Yoga for a Healthy Spine, we will explore effective yogic tools and techniques to help attain and maintain a healthy back. We’ll learn how to refine yoga postures that that can reduce and manage back pain by stabilizing, lengthening, stretching and strengthening key areas in and around the spine. Bring a notebook so you can create your own home practice that you can tailor to your individual needs.
