Autumn: Yielding & Letting go
Explore the energy and elemental nature of Autumn through Yin Yoga & meditation. As the season deepens and we begin to embody the shift inward what is ready to drop away, and how can we yield to the natural turning this season offers. Body, breath, heart, mind are all components of our human life.
In this afternoon of practice we will engage in activities that enliven chi, open hearts, and include a genuine sense of our uniqueness as part of the great collective. All bodies and beings welcome to practice.
