Mary completed her RYT-200 under the guidance of Patti Doyle and Lori Pagliaroni at Thames Street Yoga. Mary was initially drawn to the athleticism and beauty that yoga’s movements held. She soon wanted to know more about “why” she felt so good from yoga which is what led her to pursue her Yoga Teacher Certification. She pulls from her broad vinyasa knowledge to create classes that feel good in the body and calm the mind.
Mary’s background in personal training lends itself to a keen familiarity with the body, how it moves, and how to properly align the body. Her classes provide a calm, challenging environment that allows for play and creativity. Mary’s number one goal as an instructor is to share her love for yoga and the peace it brings.
